The Last (fish) Supper

Okay so up till today we were pescetarian (vegetarians that ate fish) 
Nope not anymore!!!!
I so a terrible, terrible documentary about how fish were caught and processed.
 Mind blowing stuff!!!
I knew about cows, pigs and chicken and how they were treated and processed 
but never heard or saw anything about the fish :(
 I guess I should have known it was no better but lesson learned

Got myself a Weight Watchers ActiveLink!!! You know what that means? More points!!! I earn extra points by being active! I don't have to do any math or configuring... It does it for me!!! You just clip it on and go, at the end of the day you plug it in to your computer and bam it knows what you've done activity wise... :0) I'm excited! I mean after all I am so active might as well get something out of it without the guess work!!!

My Supportive Husband...


My husband is so supportive of everything I do.
He has been totally on board with our healthy lifestyle (bonus loss of 32 pounds)

We do all our grocery shopping on Monday.
When we get home Jeremy takes all the cereal, snacks and anything that can be measured into serving and put into a baggy.

He then adds up their point value and writes it on the sandwich baggy and puts it away.
That way it is ready when we are busy with homeschool, errands or running out the door to go do our workout. 

Just an idea that may work for you :0)
