100 POUNDS!!!

I look at this and think "Is this some kinda crazy dream?"

 

 

I have 20 pounds left till I am officially at goal and half my size!!!!!!!!!

 

5 day blend/juice fast!!

I have been at a stand still for a little while

so I have decided to do a 5 day blend/juice fast

 to kinda clear out my system and jump start some weight loss...

Fingers crossed this works!

 

My husband said he is going to do it with me.

I think it will do him some good too...

He has Crohns Disease so he could use a good

cleansing!

 

I have been looking up some good

recipes so we can keep a variety of

juices going this week :)

I Ran Anyway...

So I got ready and started driving down the road...

I got 1.6 miles out ( I know this because I run it last resort)

and my car started smoking angrily...

Oh No!

 

 

So I pull over and lift the hood...

Antifreeze is spewing out of a hole in a hose...

So I grumbled and drive back home...

 

Well you remember how I mentioned that last resort...

Yep I had to use it today... Soooo I pulled in my driveway and

didn't even tell Jeremy about the busted car I just ran!

3.2 miles in 90 degrees... It felt amazing!!

Happy Daddys Day

That is me and my daddy...

 

He has been through so very, very much in the past couple of years

He has been in and out of the hospital and he takes kidney dialysis 6 days a week.

He has fell and passed out from vegal responses.

He has a broken hip and leg.

He has had blood clots and been septic. He has had sooooo very many blood transfusions.

But when me, Jeremy or the boys walk through the door no matter what he smiles :)  

 

It doesn't matter what he is doing, how he is feel or the state of the nation...

He smiles...

 

He could be in the middle of dialysis, in the hospital or sick as a dog...

He smiles....

 

His mood could be rotten, my mood could be rotten or my kids could be being rotten...

He smiles...

 

Thank you Daddy for all of your smiles...

Splat!

I face planted on my run tonight...

as long as I have been running I have never fell the first time I do I face plant...

fml...

I have stumbled a little,

 I have ate bugs,

I have got spider webs on my face,

and I have ended up with sweat in my eyes but I have never fell...

Oh well I guess it's an occupational hazard...
