Really! Is that funny? No, no it isn't...

Now imagine this was two little kids playing together and then laying dead together, would you think it was funny then? I don’t think so…

What are some milestone rewards that can be given to a weight loss support group?

Not when to give them like 10 pounds, 25 pounds etc…

But what? What can the rewards be… Not money but an item?

So the sad news is, I lost a follower.

It’s not like I had enough to be losing any to start with :(

But the good news is I lost 4.8 pounds at this weeks weigh in…

Yay for me, boo for losing followers

Just figured out that I have been doing yoga since 1988,

way before it was cool…

Of course it’s in the shower while shaving my legs…
