Made The...

2 hour trip to Whole Foods yesterday.. 

First time we have been there since June… 

Needed some nutritional yeast and our Christmas Tofurkey… 

Of course we spent $89… 

But it’s not like  we get there very often…

One thing I have learned from weight loss...

You don’t have to throw a long pass down the whole length of the field to score a touchdown… 

you can get there one yard at a time!

It's Today...

Today is the day… This 38 pounds of dirt, enthusiasm, energy, spirit, and stubbornness is 8…. My rock star, my biggest fan, my most hateful, my biggest handful, my most beautiful soul is 8… Emotions, over zealousness and hair, my work in progress is now 8 and I couldn’t be more proud… You are something great!

My Transition So Far...

I have lost...

90 pounds, 2 rings and a bracelet... 

I am now 150 pounds and hit my first big goal!!

90 down and 30 to go!!!
