Guess Who's Back??

Today was the first day back to running in months...

The doctor gave me the go ahead so I am back at it...

 My "Dark Passenger" medically known as a 4.5cm hemorrhagic ovarian cyst threw me behind on my weight loss schedule...

But I didn't gain any weight during my medical hiatus

(which is great, especially having the holidays and yucky winter)...

So if all goes well I will have the other 29 pounds I have left to lose gone in about 4 or so months for my 120 pound total 92 down 29 to go...

Fingers crossed....

Conversations with 4 year olds....interesting...

Jole: Can I lick the spoon?
Me: No, you can't lick the spoon...
Jole: Then what can I lick?
Me: You can't lick anything...
Jole: pfft, I can lick my own feet...
